These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between SeoAuto.ai and every person or business that accesses, registers for, or uses the platform.

By creating an account, purchasing credits, using a trial, or publishing content generated through the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity performed through your account.
• You may not create multiple accounts to bypass limits, abuse promotions, or manipulate platform usage.
• If you create or manage an account on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

SeoAuto.ai provides AI-assisted programmatic SEO tools, page generation workflows, integrations, and supporting dashboard functionality.

We may update, improve, restrict, replace, or remove features, integrations, limits, or workflows when necessary to maintain the product, platform stability, or legal compliance.

• You may not use the platform to generate unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or fraudulent content.
• You may not use the service to attack, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
• You may not use the platform in a way that violates third-party rights, including privacy, intellectual property, or contractual rights.
• You may not use automated abuse patterns to obtain unfair credits, rankings, or account advantages.

• Free or promotional credits may be limited, changed, or withdrawn at any time.
• Paid credits are added to your account after successful payment confirmation.
• Credits are non-refundable unless a refund is required by mandatory law.
• Credits cannot be transferred, resold, exchanged for cash, or moved between accounts without our written approval.
• We may update pricing, packaging, taxes, or usage limits at any time for future purchases.

The platform helps you generate content at scale, but AI output may contain errors, outdated claims, formatting issues, or content that requires human review.

You are solely responsible for checking generated pages before publication, including factual accuracy, legal compliance, brand fit, and local-market suitability.

• We do not guarantee rankings, indexing, traffic, conversions, or commercial outcomes.
• You are responsible for how generated content is used, published, edited, and distributed.
• As between you and SeoAuto.ai, you may use the generated output for your own projects subject to these terms and any third-party rights that may still apply.
• The SeoAuto.ai software, brand assets, interface, and platform infrastructure remain our intellectual property.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we believe your account creates security, payment, abuse, compliance, or legal risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
• We are not liable for ranking losses, indexing issues, platform bans, publication errors, or losses caused by third-party services or integrations.
• Our total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version published on this page will apply from its effective date.

• If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Our failure to enforce a provision once does not waive our right to enforce it later.
